At Internet Thrive, we strive to provide high-quality marketing and funnel-building services. Due to the nature of our work, we have a no-refund policy on all digital products, services, and consultations.

  1. No Refunds: All payments made for our services, including but not limited to funnel development, marketing strategy, consultations, and digital assets, are non-refundable once the work has commenced or been delivered.
  2. Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances: If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error. If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Clients may request to cancel services before work has begun. However, once a project has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. Subscription-based services (if applicable) can be canceled after the completion of the services based on whatever plan (3/6/12 months) clients choose, but no refunds will be issued for past payments.

For the coaching program, to be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

Coaching program or assignment completion: You must have completed the entire coaching program or assignment (If we provide a coaching program to you) for which you are seeking a refund. We believe in the value of our content and want to ensure that you have had the opportunity to fully engage with it.

Proof of completion: You will need to provide proof of completion. This can include certificates of completion, submission records, or any other documentation that demonstrates your participation and engagement with the program or assignment.

Within 7 days: refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of completion of the program or assignment. After this period, we will not be able to process a refund.
